A heritage deli brand needed a refresh that still felt like Druxy’s.
In partnership with interior design firm (SWD), we supported the team to modernize the logo and build brand standards that could scale across 40+ locations. We explored logo options, refined colour usage and typography, then collaborated with interior teams to translate the updated identity into clean, pleasant in-store experiences through custom branded elements and practical rollout-ready files.

02Challenges
Refreshing a well known heritage logo without losing familiarity, while aligning stakeholders through multiple directions. The system also had to work across varied store layouts, sizes and locations, then stay consistent as it rolled out across a large footprint.
